We want to introduce about the innovative technology science design ideas the largest boat use solar energy by PlanetSolar. The main idea is to create a boat capable of traveling around the world using renewable energy. The boat now is in the dream and will turn in to very BIG way. May be this is one of the modern future boat technology that environmentally friendly. Newly unveiled at the HDW shipyard in Kiel, the world’s biggest solar powered system boat is 31 meters long, 15 meters wide and 7.5 meters high through a radical multi-hull design which incorporates a massive photovoltaic solar panel array covering 500m2. Designed and built by Knierim Yachtbau, the modern PlanetSolar boat purposes to navigate around the globe at an average speed of 8 knots.

The designed voyage is predictable to obtain underway in the Mediterranean in spring 2011. The explanation aim of the boat project design is to show what can be achieved with today’s renewable solar energy technologies and stir others on a path towards carbon-reduction. The PlanetSolar team will be commencing the boat in April ahead of her first trials in real conditions.
